church as usual - With a twist!
Liturgy is simply all the rhythms that form us. We call our formation Cross Training. Like churches worldwide, we follow historic, theological, and biblical rhythms—singing, prayer, and the exegeted Word—but with a twist: our training focuses on community and homes, not just individual growth. Our homes are the church’s front door, the sun around which we satellite.
The Cross Trainer
learning how to think | Not what to think
Cross Training isn’t just learning church beliefs and walking through liturgies—it’s wrestling with Scripture to form your own convictions. Its goal goes beyond thought formation by connecting you with non-believers to share the Gospel, engaging in close discipleship with others who can assess your maturity and growth, and shaping your home and family around the Trinity.
FAQ's
Is this Church Per Usual?
For the first 400 years, the church gathered in homes, around meals, with families as the front door of the experience. Life revolved around this shared rhythm, and then they would scatter—going public in song, prayer, Word, and celebration before the world.
We go public in "church services," called CROSS TRAINING. At our times together, we will enjoy the enriching liturgies of history and the Bible.

Songs, Hymns, Spiritual Songs?
We value uplifting God, each other, and non-believers through songs that are truthful in total, text, tone, and target (LEARN MORE). Songs are chosen for their edifying power, not popularity, and we actively cultivate a vibrant culture of songwriting and original creation.
Verse - By - Verse Preaching?
We deeply value the exegesis of God’s Word through a plurality of male pastors as the way God leads His church in true authority, saves the lost, and renews our minds daily. You can expect solid preaching, but also opportunities for up-and-coming preachers to teach in our communities. Through a robust PHONE APP, we train people not just what to think, but how to think, equipping you through our app, to Interpret Scripture for Yourself.
What Do I Do With My Kids?
Our general value is that we want children to be part of our times. We want to talk to them, hear their thoughts, have them look up to us and older brothers and sisters in Christ as examples, and feel they are seen, heard, and cultivated. We welcome the little children just like Jesus and Paul did.
However, we are working as a young church to have something provided for children 2 years - 2nd grade @ our CrossTraining Services. For all other ages, we will provide buddy bags, and encourage kids to grow in maturity in participation and joining in.

How Does The Cross Trainer Fit Into All This?
The Cross Trainer is done in a group with a facilitator—an older, wiser guide. They apprentice each person(s) at their own pace, recording unique assessments for each person to identify areas of weakness and strength and help each grow into full maturity in God.
