Worship Leader vs. The Benefactor

Our stages portray certain roles as more holy: pastors, musicians, church planters, missionaries, etc. This leaves many in the congregation wondering about how the gospel applies to their job. Could the answer to a better way forward be to discuss the topic of Worship Leadership, or the fact that this role is not in the Bible? But why?
